Botswana 2007 Safari   You have got to look at this stuff!! This Lion won the Professional Hunters Association  "John Sharpe Award" for Best Dangerous Game 2008"

OK it is 2008 and time for an update....All is well with the family and the big recent events are Marlo started the 6th grade and Julia is now in the 3rd. We survived Christmas and my girls are now iPhone owners .The summer of 07 was eventful and included my successful (I lived) dangerous game Safari in Botswana, Africa. Check out the Botswana photo gallery for pics but be aware these critters are dead. When I get around to it I will place some links on sites that describe the benefits of trophy hunting to both the African people and animals...they are real and significant. On the Link Bar you will find  a link to a book I made in PDF format that describes in detail the Safari and has maps and photos.

Hazel is busy putting her magical touches on our beach house in Port Aransas and next summer should should bring enjoyable times relaxing at the beach...not to mention superb fishing and golf are coincidentally near the place we selected. Planning is everything. Work wise it has been an unbelievable 12 months. Leading our firm trial team, I got the 4th largest verdict in the country for 2006(it was the largest ever in Chicago). I was selected by my peers as a 2007 TEXAS SUPER LAWYERS and admitted as a full Advocate into the AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES (ABOTA) the elite national organization  of trial lawyers. More importantly God has blessed us with something more important than business success...we are all healthy and happy. Stay tuned for more good stuff as time permits.
